Bias can get in the way of company and individual success, so we all need to uncover our personal biases and make conscious efforts to reduce them. As leaders in business, and in order to succeed in the changing global marketplace, we must fully leverage the skills and attributes of a diverse team, by retaining the right skills, strongest talent, and brightest minds all by creating and fostering an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion.
